"The Wild Robot" Science Cinema
Science Cinema presents two free showings of "The Wild Robot" at 11am and 2pm on Saturday, April 26. In this 2024 DreamWorks production, a robot built to assist humans finds itself shipwrecked on a remote island, where it must get help from the island's wild animals to face a huge challenge and to survive. The movie runs 101 minutes as is rated PG. After the movie, participate in a hands-on activity about animal relationships from parasitism to commensalism. Our Science Cinema takes place downstairs inside the Museum. Drinks and snacks are allowed in the classroom theater only and are available for purchase in the Museum Store. Science Cinema is sponsored by International Paper.
