Judging will be based on three categories: "one of a kind"\, "fantastically fictional" and "fur\, feather or scales".  Costume  contest times are 11:30 a.m.\, 1:30p.m. and 3:30p.m.  All ages welcome. Children must be accompained by at least one adult over the age of 18.
